anatomical model

Anatomical models such as this one are available in the Claudius Ash dental catalogue 1888 at a cost of 70 shillings, about 300 today. It states that the models can be used by dental students and are useful for assisting dentists when explaining to patients why pain may be felt in parts of the jaw at a distance away from the tooth causing the pain.
